Sue was born and raised in Vancouver and attended VVI for hairdressing in 1980. With an interest is all aspects of hair design she is constantly seeking inspiration and upgrading her skills through continuing education. She looks forward to giving her clients a relaxed and positive experience in the salon and believes communication is key is getting the look they want.

Renai grew up in Port Alberni where she started her hairdressing career in salon and worked her way up while venturing to Alberta and even a stint on a cruise ship. Her curious nature drives her to continually learn about her craft. Renai’s experience of over 20 years focuses on her love of haircutting.

Stylist

Monika grew up in Parksville and attended VIU for hairdressing in 2009. Following graduation she has attended many classes and full day workshops featuring new haircutting and colouring techniques. She strives to make her clients look good and feel happy when they are in the salon.

Stylist

Jaime grew up on the Sunshine Coast and graduated from VIU in 2016. She has attended classes to further her knowledge in the art of hair. With her determination to provide excellent customer service and her relaxed attitude, she has a knack for putting her guests at ease.

Nicole is another VIU graduate and Red Seal certified stylist who started at Urban Edge in 2021. While she cuts and colours all hair types her desire is to be a curly hair specialist.
